In 2012, Jason worked with the National Association of REALTORS® as speaker and facilitator for a tour of conference events aimed at fostering new ideas in the real estate industry called, “REThink: The Future of Real Estate.” In 2013, Jason became Director of Learning Engagement for the leading real estate brand, Coldwell Banker. While there, he spoke nationally, developed numerous agent training courses, and produced large-scale conferences focused on increasing agent productivity. In late 2015, Jason teamed up with Tennessee’s most innovative real estate brokerage, VILLAGE, where he currently develops educational content, programs, and professional development events. Finally, in 2016, Jason joined acclaimed, international real estate coaching and training company, Tom Ferry, as a Business Coach and National Speaker.
Jason has presented at a variety of regional and national real estate conferences throughout the U.S., such as for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Inman Connect, and the National Association of REALTORS® Convention and Expo.
